Standard (UK) Shipping

  • FREE on ALL orders.

  • Delivered within 2-3 working days.

 

Standard (EU) Shipping

We deliver to: FR | GER | AT | ESP | IT | IRL

  • 5.95€ on orders below 50€

  • FREE on orders over 50€

  • Delivered within 4-5 working days 

Returns

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry to hear something wasn't right! Please reach out to us at hello@ethosa.com with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take it from there.

My order didn't include a return slip or packing slip! How do I return it?

Don't worry! We don't include packing slips or return slips with orders because it's not needed! We track everything paper free (it's better for our planet) and we will be able to provide you everything you need to process your return when you reach out to hello@ethosa.com.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 14 days of placing the order. Only orders shipped within the UK and EU are eligible for return. We do not offer returns on international shipments outside of the UK and EU. If there is a problem placing a return within the 14 day timeframe, please reach out to hello@ethosa.com. To process a return, we will need your order number. Return authorisations must be obtained in advance of any returns or refunds. Products must be returned in original packaging. If approved, your return will be refunded to your original form of payment. We cannot refund any postal charges you incur to both deliver the item to you or to return the item to us, unless we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival. Merchandise sales are final. For ETHOSA products purchased elsewhere, please return directly to the seller.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return has been accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to be issued by ETHOSA! If you do not receive your refund, please contact us at hello@ethosa.com.
